Job Description

As the first line of contact for Caviar for Teams, you are able to understand the diverse business needs of our clients across the United States, and will be expected to quickly gain the expertise needed to establish a trusted relationship. You are quick on your feet, tenacious, and possess grit to overcome objections. You will become an expert in the products and services that enable companies to feed their teams at scale. You will use your convincing personality and passion for winning to raise the bar of success, documenting and tracking qualified opportunities to pass onto the Account Executive team. You will use a data-driven approach to outbound sales that incorporates prospecting, email communication, and calling countless prospects per day.

Qualifications

You will:

  • Communicate directly with clients via email and phone

  • Rapidly respond to inbound leads to qualify them and set up meetings between prospects and members of our Account Executive team

  • Create a great first impression to our prospects by inspiring them to learn how Caviar can benefit their business

  • Prioritize your pipeline for maximum efficiency on a daily basis

  • Gain sales exposure and experience by partnering with internal Account Executives

Qualifications

You have:

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 6+ months in a qualifying or prospecting role required

  • Critical thinking and strong decision making abilities

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment

  • An assertive, resilient, and persuasive personality

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to multi-task and follow through while paying strict attention to detail

  • Strong familiarity with professional software and relationship management tools, e.g. Google Docs, Salesforce, Docusign, MS Excel, Yesware, SalesLoft. etc

  • Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to the consistent improvement of your craft

  • Intellect, passion, curiosity, hunger, and grit

  • A team player with an infectiously positive "do what it takes" attitude with the ability to inspire passion in others
