Job Description

Some history:

Square recently acquired Zesty, a white glove corporate catering service, to integrate with its food delivery business, Caviar. Through Zesty, we service the top companies and deliver food from the healthiest, tastiest, best restaurants around. Our clients love working with us due to best-in-class service, support, and hospitality.  We are looking for a supportive, energetic Onboarding Specialist for restaurants in NYC and/or LA, based out of the SF office.

 

You will:

  • Collect and enter data for all new restaurant menus, update menus as necessary

  • Communicate with restaurants regarding menu-related questions

  • Provide ongoing restaurant support

  • Review and plan weekly client menus; adjust as needed

  • Ensure adequate portioning of dishes

  • Assist in updating outdated data

Qualifications

You have:

  • Extreme attention to detail

  • Background in food and nutrition with detailed knowledge of allergens

  • Knowledge of cuisine variety and menu planning

  • Highly focused with excellent analytical skill

  • Highly organized, proactive, independent worker

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

 

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in restaurant catering or culinary operations
