As our business grows, so does the number of restaurants partners we work with. Our restaurants rely on us to grow their online ordering business, meet their operational needs and set them up for success. We are searching for a Restaurant Success Associate to join the Restaurant Operations team in San Francisco. Our Associates work with the sales team to bring new restaurants onboard our platform, train them on our tools and processes and work to prepare and set restaurants up for success in online ordering.
The right candidate will be a clear, enthusiastic and empathetic communicator, with the ability to effectively handle a broad portfolio of restaurant onboards. A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills are key for this role.
Guide our restaurant partners through the Caviar onboarding process
Use phone and online tools to deliver key information and train restaurant owners and staff on working with Caviar and our online ordering tools and processes
Effectively manage a portfolio of restaurant onboards across different geographical regions to optimize onboard quality and time-to-launch
Work with internal stakeholders across operations and sales teams to prioritize launches and meet quarterly business goals
Communicate status of onboards and backlog to peers, operations team and broader national team
1+ years of experience in operations and/or customer-facing roles, preferably in a technology-enabled industry.
Excellent communication skills to enthusiastically and clearly convey Caviars vision and operational processes to new restaurant partners
A highly organized, detail-oriented and process-driven approach to work
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to understand and creatively address restaurant questions and potentially ambiguous situations.
College degree preferred
A love of amazing food and restaurants, and a strong interest in the on-demand space
