As a Software Engineer on the partnership engineering team at Square eCommerce, you will be responsible for building the next generation of platforms and applications that are currently used by thousands of our partners to serve their millions of customers.
Build software application platform that our partners use to serve their customers.
Work with an amazing group of engineers while leveraging your technical expertise to constantly raise the bar.
Participate in critical technical, design, and product discussions across our product, operations, bizdev and engineering teams.
Respond to on-call requests in a timely manner to resolve issues in real time.
BA/BS degree in computer science or equivalent
2+ years of practical working experience, ideally in full stack development.
Interest in working full-stack, from optimizing database transactions to building distributed systems and frontend web applications.
Track record of pursuing self-directed side projects, research, or open source projects
Bonus: Experience building third party applications, integrations and relationships.
