Job Description
We are looking for a talented Business Operations Manager to join our Hardware Operations team. The individual should be experienced in managing commercial relationships with contract manufacturers (ODM/OEM) for hardware products. The individual will be responsible for establishing hardware business partnerships, managing costs, negotiating contracts, and resolving all commercial related issues.
You will:
Develop and execute ODM/OEM and contract manufacturing strategies for all hardware products
Establish a partnership selection criteria and execute the process of evaluating and on-boarding new manufacturing partners
Negotiate and execute master contracts and Statements of Work with vendors
Collaborate with internal Accounting and Finance & Strategy teams to own the end-to-end cost management solution for Hardware
Lead and conduct Quarterly Business Review with key partners to evaluate on-going performance across engineering development, operational excellence, and cost competitiveness
Travel internationally ~20%
Qualifications
You have:
A demonstrated ability to articulate complex manufacturing & supply chain concepts to business & engineering stakeholders
Strong communication and leadership skills
Acute attention to detail and are results-oriented
At least 5 years of experience in hardware
