Description

We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and successful sales individual that has passion for helping others succeed. This person also has a strong desire to develop his/her own skills to create high-impact sales readiness solutions for Square’s Sales Organization.

This person has a strong passion for teaching & education and will evaluate the existing onboarding program to take it to the next level: Accelerate new hire ramp process, institutionalize how we talk about Square as a platform, and partner with management to ensure Productivity programming fit their needs . This person also loves new challenges, embraces change and is comfortable navigating through ambiguity in a fast-moving sales culture.

Key Performance Objectives

  • New Hire Orientation - Deliver a world-class onboarding experience for Square reps across multiple teams. Ensure each new sales team member is put in a position to succeed

  • Product Training - Support Product Experts, Productivity and cross-functional partners to help deliver ongoing product trainings across Square when needed (SPIFFs, launches, etc)

  • Professional Development Support - Partner with Internal Learning & Development practitioners to share learnings and co-facilitate when appropriate.

  • Program Iteration - Continue to dynamically update onboarding content as Square continues to evolve our product offering in a fast-paced environment

  • Ongoing Effectiveness - Partner with Sales Productivity program managers & sales managers to drive sales effectiveness strategies across Sales Development & SMB

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Facilitation & Communication - Exceptional presentation, written, and oral communication skills, including the ability to adapt content on the fly based on audience engagement

  • Sales Experience - Proven success within a revenue-driven customer facing role, ideally understands both Sales Dev + SMB functions

  • Organization - Keen attention to detail, organization, and ability to drive projects to completion

  • Relationship-focused - Highly proficient at building strong, lasting relationships with the sales leadership team

  • Dynamic - Ability to adapt curriculum or delivery of content based on different learning styles and personalities

  • Driven - Ability to travel ~25%
