Job Description

The Restaurant Account Executive is a dynamic opportunity to leverage your sales skills in order to expand the selection of restaurants that partner with Caviar, and grow the Dallas/Fort Worth region. Who are we looking for? Someone who's a natural at selling, negotiating, and persuading.  A candidate that is positive, professional, and not afraid of competition. Someone who's a natural at building relationships and has a felt sense for the best eats in Dallas/Fort Worth. Someone who can enthusiastically talk about Caviars platform, why Caviar is a great service & value for restaurants, and negotiate a favorable and fair price.

 

Your primary focus will be bringing on new restaurant partners that fit our strict partnership criteria. Qualifications

You will:

  • Leverage your prospecting skills to identify and sell the best restaurants in your territory in Dallas/Fort Worth to join Caviars platform

  • Communicate persistently with prospects via email, phone, and video conference meetings

  • Utilize a data-driven approach to guide communication strategy

  • Create partnerships by smoothly onboarding restaurants to help them achieve their goals

  • Achieve and consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Act as an outward-facing ambassador of Caviars beliefs, brand, and product

  • Maintain strong existing partnerships with our current restaurants

  • Collaborate with other members of the Caviar team to define and execute restaurant marketing strategy and optimization activities

  • Support and inspire your local DFW Team

 

Qualifications

You have:

  • A passion for Caviar, food, and the best restaurants in Dallas/Fort Worth.

  • Genuine curiosity about people and the restaurant business, good listening skills, and possess the innate ability to inspire passion in others

  • 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role

  • A BA/BS degree

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to work with ruthless efficiency (i.e. multi-tasking, manage multiple projects, and follow-through while paying strict attention to detail)

  • Extreme Ownership: you can point to multiple experiences where you owned your sales territory as if it was your own small business

  • Enthusiastic about working with a small team that wears many hats in order to grow

  • Strong familiarity with professional software and relationship management tools, e.g. Google Docs, Salesforce, Yesware, Docusign, etc.

  • Coachability, interest in listening, retaining, and implementing feedback, and dedication to the consistent improvement of your craft

  • The ability to adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet

  • Outgoing, positive, and persuasive personality

  • Restaurant industry, hospitality, or technology sales experience is a plus
