The Digital Internal Communication Specialist will help drive Customer Success by developing innovative communication products that keep Customer Success Advocates engaged, aware, and excited to support our growing customer base. Youll have a strong track record of delivering digital media including videos, intranet portals, blogging platforms, and well designed graphics that communicate a clear message and leave a positive impression on our team members.
Increase team member engagement by developing digital media including videos, internal web content, digital newsletters, and an intranet platform.
Work closely with members of the internal communications and learning & development teams to execute on a strategic communication plan specific to the needs of the Customer Success organization.
Work closely with Learning & Development specialists to develop and execute digital content that corresponds with employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives.
Partner with the knowledge base specialist to develop digital content that communicates procedural or product information critical to the work of the Customer Success team.
Develop a strong partnership with Customer Success leadership to identify opportunities to build a strong culture and raise transparency of strategic initiatives.
Consolidate and curate communication from multiple channels into an easily digestible and accessible format.
Measure and report out on the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
Collaborate with business systems and internal communications teams to evaluate the need and requirements of an intranet or internal digital communications platform.
MUST have experience in video creation and editing
Proficient in other digital communication skills including graphic design, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with video editing, graphic design, and web development tools including Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and various intranet platforms or content management systems.
Exceptional verbal/written communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively
Strong ability to partner and collaborate with business stakeholders
Enthusiastic, creative and self-motivated
Preferred experience in corporate or internal communications
