Job Description

As a member of the Cash Growth Marketing Team you will work alongside design, data science, product, insights, customer success, and operations to increase usage and adoption of Cash App within communities across the US. You will own peer-to-peer (p2p) payment network activity and be directly responsible for sparking and establishing new p2p networks on Cash App. If you're looking to impact the growth and direction of a company, you will find this role compelling, challenging, and rewarding.

You will:

  • Go deep to understand our customers

  • Own the development and execution of our p2p engagement strategy within specific communities

  • Own the marketing budget associated your efforts

  • Rigorously test hypotheses and use data to drive decision making

  • Design and implement necessary analytics to measure and optimize our efforts

  • Work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders to execute campaigns

  • Explore and test new channels and tactics


Must have:

  • 6+ years of professional experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing, growth, consulting, or business operations role

  • Advanced skills in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g Looker) Excel, and  Google Sheets

  • Exceptional organization

  • Highly entrepreneurial, work independently, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under minimal guidance

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to think and communicate creatively, thoughtfully, and with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels

  • Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement with the ability to take an idea and bring it to life with minimal supervision
