Head of Caviar Risk & Fraud
- San Francisco, CA
Caviar is changing the way businesses and consumers order food from restaurants. We believe that everyone should have access to the best eateries in their city without any hassles. Want your favorite burger joint, but hate the traffic and long lines? We're a team of passionate foodies solving that exact problem for your home and office. At Caviar, we believe in an environment that allows you to be creative and go beyond the call of duty. We're looking for exceptionally talented individuals who want to learn and grow with the company. Each and every day counts - you'll make a direct impact to the business starting from Day 1.
Caviar is looking for a Risk Lead to manage our national Risk team, a part of our national Operations organization which includes our Support, Live Operations, and Restaurant Operations teams.
Caviar Risk analyzes emerging fraud threats, develops data-driven insights, and intervenes to prevent damage to Caviars business. The Risk Lead will partner with teams across Caviar to develop operations strategy, processes, and tools which maximize our ability to identify and action on cases of fraud.
You will help the team study emerging fraud trends, improve our detection models, and catch bad actors. We act in real-time, using complex data sets, and expect every decision to be high caliber.
You will lead projects from creation to delivery. There is enormous opportunity to identify new opportunities and develop creative insights from Caviars data. This extends to leadership, where you will collaborate with company-wide partners to reduce Caviars risk profile.
