Job Description

We are looking for a talented Hardware Accounting Support to join our Hardware Operations team. The individual should be experienced in procurement and accounting.  The individual will be responsible for creating purchase orders, supporting cost accounting, and managing payment relationships with vendors.

You will:

  • Be responsible for the procurement of Square’s hardware products

  • Communicate with vendors and perform invoice reconciliation

  • Assist with the purchase orders for operational expenses

  • Collaborate with the Hardware Accounting team with month end/ quarter end close

Qualifications

You have:

  • Experience working with Oracle preferred

  • Keen attention to details

  • Strong communication skills

  • 1-2 years of accounting experience

  • Strong Excel skills
