Job Description
The Restaurant Account Executive role is a dynamic opportunity to use and develop your sales skills in order to expand the selection of restaurants that partner with Caviar and grow the Boston region. Were looking for someone who's a natural at building relationships and has a sense for the best eats in Boston and the Boston suburbs. Someone who can enthusiastically talk about food and people, articulate why Caviar provides value for restaurants, negotiate fair terms, and find creative growth solutions for restaurants and our business. Having deep empathy for the challenges restaurants face is critical!
Your primary focus will be to launch new restaurants that fit our partnership criteria. Additionally, you will partner closely with restaurants to optimize the value they derive from Caviars platform. This role will require both inside and outside sales, emailing, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings. Its also an opportunity to be part of a tight-knit, entrepreneurial local team with the culture of a startup while having the backing of a large company. We all wear a lot of hats and there will be lots of opportunities to work cross-functionally and develop new skills.

Qualifications
You will:
Identify and partner with the best restaurants in the Boston metro
Communicate with prospects persistently via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
Optimize partnerships to help restaurants achieve their goals
Achieve and consistently exceed quarterly sales and support goals
Maintain strong existing partnerships with our current restaurants
Act as an outward-facing ambassador of Caviar's beliefs, brand, and product
Collaborate with other members of the Caviar team to define and execute restaurant marketing and optimization activities
Help refine Caviar's local market strategy in Boston
Collaborate closely with our marketing, sales operations, account management, restaurant operations, and other cross-functional teams
Learn, develop, and spread best practices by collaborating with RAEs from other cities
Support and inspire your Boston teammates
Qualifications
You have:
A passion for Caviar, food, and restaurants
Genuine curiosity about people and the restaurant business, good listening skills, and possess the innate ability to inspire passion in others
3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role
A BA/BS degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and follow through while paying close attention to detail
Enthusiastic about working with a small team that wears many hats in order to grow
Strong familiarity with professional software and relationship management tools, e.g. Google Docs, Salesforce, Salesloft, Docusign, etc.
Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to consistent improvement
