Job Description

You will:

Learning Design

  • Work with team members to craft remarkable learning experiences to support a variety of delivery types, including online self-paced (e.g. job aids, video, elearning), in-person (short sessions to multi-day programs), blended, mobile, and peer to peer methodologies.

  • Design, develop, implement, and iterate on training courses and programs for a variety of audiences through technical expertise in learning management solutions and course design/development

  • Serve as a thought leader, keeping pace with developments in the industry, instructional design best practices, and sharing knowledge with the team and org partners.

Partner on key programs

  • Partner with HRBPs, L&D Partners, stakeholders, and functional training leads to define learning needs and address with appropriate learning strategies

  • Guide stakeholders through a collaborative design process to ensure effective design, development, implementation, and feedback loops.

  • Support the creation of standardized metrics and evaluation processes across learning programs to ensure data driven approach when evaluating and addressing learning needs

Learning at scale

  • Help us make our offering accessible to all employees remotely and globally by leveraging peer to peer and community-based learning methodologies

  • Play an integral role in the shaping of our learning platforms, features, and enablement tools to reach our growing global audience.

  • Create and maintain a portal of learning content, using our existing ecosystem of technology to deliver content across all audiences

Qualifications

You have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 5+ years of work experience in a related field (Instructional Design, Curriculum or content development)

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for solving problems while being resourceful

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across diverse range of stakeholders and to work across boundaries to deliver results

  • Deep understanding of learning theories and instructional methodologies

  • Portfolio required to apply

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5+ years developing a variety of online and in-person learning experiences

  • Proficient in multimedia, UX, and graphic design - you can pick up most multimedia tools to create a learning experience with them. You understand that it is less about the technology and more about the learning experience.

  • Fluent in design thinking, rapid prototyping, and agile methodologies

  • Ability to build eye-catching and instructionally sound websites,  job aids, presentations

  • Experience with engagement strategies, such as gamification, fostering online communities, and keeping learning accountable in blended learning programs
