We’re looking for an excellent communicator to assist our Couriers with onboarding and successfully using our App to complete orders. Our focus is Courier satisfaction and our bar is very high in making sure we solve their problems and that their needs are met.

-Full-time (40 hours per week)

-Working hours are between 9am-5:30 p.m. PST

6-month contract available



You Will

  • Provide solutions to couriers via email

  • Achieve world-class customer satisfaction ratings

  • Troubleshoot app issues and respond to payment inquiries’

  • Operate in a highly autonomous environment which empowers you to make decisions

  • Strategically think about operational improvements and efficiencies


You Have

  • Friendly and customer service oriented demeanor

  • Clear and direct verbal and written communication

  • Doing what it takes to meet and exceed expectations

  • Extreme attention to detail, making sure nothing gets missed

  • Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced changing environment

  • Action-oriented and calm under pressure

  • Motivated when working in both independently and in a team environment



  • BA/BS degree or higher

  • Experience in a logistics role

  • Experience in the restaurant and food industry

  • Customer support experience
