Job Description

Squares know great customer support is provided by both people and products. We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individuals dedicated to providing world-class support by exceeding expectations through each interaction with Square Sellers - the businesses who use our products and services to run theirs.

In this role, you will work directly with Squares largest Restaurant Sellers to help them get back to business. In addition to working with the largest Restaurant Sellers at Square, you will have the opportunity to learn more about Square Register and the Square Restaurants app, as well as other products! 

Current shifts: Sunday - Thursday 11am - 8pm, Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 8pm and Sunday - Thursday 11am - 8pm

You will:

  • Be responsible for providing customer service to multi-million dollar GPV Restaurants

  • Use your experience in Restaurants to help our Sellers use our products successfully

  • Utilize strong written and verbal de-escalation skills to help Sellers on multiple platforms

  • Utilize creative problem solving to help Sellers start, run and grow their business

  • Enhance Seller experience by anticipating potential concerns through the cross-sell of products and services

  • Advocate for customers by identifying trends in issues and suggesting improvements to processes + products.

Qualifications

You have:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a Restaurant environment using a POS system

  • Restaurant Management experience is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant Restaurant experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills / Excellent time-management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to create great customer experiences

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills to drive customer inquiries to resolution

  • The ability to quickly adapt to new situations and think on your feet

  • A desire to help people and improve the customer experience

  • A passion for Square and customers engaging with Square product
