Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support our growing global Cash App team with individuals around the world. You will be instrumental in initiating and driving People programs/initiatives across the Cash organization, with considerable focus on scaling for growth and culture retention.

You will have the opportunity to create and deliver unique People programs and tools to support a rapidly growing and distinct organization. You will be on the front line working closely with leaders throughout the organization, are comfortable influencing key partners, and driving initiatives forward despite any unexpected roadblocks.

You Will:

  • Partner with Cash App leadership to build best-in-class people programs in onboarding/exit, performance management, learning & development, and recognition in partnership with our foundation teams.

  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

  • Support and proactively monitor performance management processes (annual/mid year review process) to identify areas for improvement and use findings to recommend improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of processes & systems.

  • Analyze and interpret various types of employee data e.g. compensation, job levels, and attrition to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to your client group

  • Work closely with leads to create action plans from Pulse, analyzing and distilling results and comments in a manner that leads to actionable insights. Facilitates action planning and follows up as needed.

  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, development and coaching, and organizational development.

  • Support the implementation and administration of employee policies.

 

 

Qualifications

You have:

  • BA/BS degree in related field, with 5-7 years of experience in a HR related function

  • Experience collaborating across the organization.

  • Experience utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action.

  • Experience working with confidential information.

  • Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting experience.

  • Project management experience and leading cross-functional teams to make an impact and deliver work on time.

  • Experience working both independently and in a team environment.

  • Experience with customer service, communication and cross group collaboration.

  • Experience influencing, communicating, and presenting at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience dealing with ambiguity.

  • Experience working on more than one project and priority at a time.
