Job Description
The Courier Growth Associate is an organized and strategic individual who will play a key role in driving Caviar’s fleet growth nationwide. Your goal is to ensure that each market is acquiring high quality candidates in a cost efficient manner at the needed rate to drive sufficient supply. To achieve that, you will own Caviar’s Candidate Sourcing strategy for two business lines, Caviar Marketplace (Couriers) and Caviar for Companies (Catering Captains). The role will oversee applicant sourcing including vendor relationships, acquisition budget management, and reporting and testing.
You are hungry to succeed and willing to roll up your sleeves to make it in a fast-moving company at the forefront of on-demand food delivery and ordering. You can communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and are solution oriented. Reporting directly to Caviar’s Courier Acquisition Manager, this role will allow you to make a significant impact on how Caviar scales its operations in new and existing markets.

You will:
Oversee applicant forecasting and manage top-of-funnel applicant advancement to align with fleet growth targets
Manage the Caviar Marketplace and Caviar for Companies’ referral programs, including ROI evaluation and strategy iteration
Manage external vendor partnerships for applicant sourcing, including tracking and reporting on applicant sourcing metrics
Run lead generation tests with prospective and existing external partners / affiliate marketers
Support market expansion efforts to ensure that new markets have a sufficient supply of applicants
Collaborate with the Courier Comms Manager to improve Courier and Catering Captain job ad copy and assets
Own the new Courier equipment program and ensure that Caviar maintains sufficient thermal bag inventory
Qualifications
You have:
2-3 years of experience working in acquisition marketing, job advertising, business intelligence, strategy or management consulting role
Experience managing external vendor relationships (preferred)
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with statistical testing
A demonstrated ability and desire to think and act like an owner. You take a highly proactive approach to identifying challenges, developing solutions, and taking charge of the implementation
The skill-set to work cross-functionally to accomplish tasks, projects and solve problems to achieve company objectives
