Job Description

As a Visual Designer, you’ll contribute strong ideas and craft, to help build the Caviar brand. You’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders to launch initiatives across the company, including print, interactive, and campaign work. You’ll contribute to brand and marketing strategy, and be able to work across product, brand, marketing, and business teams to create the best experiences for our diners and merchants. 

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects, collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders 

• Contribute strong work across a variety of mediums and platforms (print/digital/interactive) 

• Develop and extend our Caviar style and brand guidelines

• Deliver creative solutions that meets business goals and further the brand

• Clearly articulate design decisions

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional visual and interactive design experience

• Experience leading creative projects from concept to execution.

• Strong knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with Sketch/Figma)

• Passion and enthusiasm for design.

• Strong collaboration skills and an inclusive attitude

• Strong time management and organization
