Project Manager, GRM
- Full-time
Company Description
Job Description
As a Project Manager for the growth and retention marketing platform team, your focus is on email and related channels through which Square reaches its existing sellers. Your communication skills and your detail management are your greatest assets as you manage a high volume of work, in support of more than twenty hardware and software products across multiple languages and locales.
You will:
Partner with designers, copywriters, production designers, engineers, and channel marketing specialists to deliver marketing experiences for email (our highest volume channel), plus web, digital ads, and more.
Guide creative projects from kickoff through strategy, concepting, design and copywriting, localization, review, production, engineering, QA, delivery, and ongoing optimization.
Build project plans, schedules and run meetings to keep teams on task, following each meeting with clear notes and next steps.
Communicate directly with product marketing managers, channel marketing managers and strategists, international marketing managers, localization partners, legal, and any other partner that can help you get the details right.
Partner with other creative producers managing related projects across project launches and integrated campaigns.
Juggle a mix of large and small projects, often with overlapping importance and urgency.
Manage work tasks and communication across timezones using JIRA, Slack, Google Docs, and other tools.
Ship quickly. Find new efficiencies. Keep an eye on the small stuff. Write it down for next time. Make it work.
