You will:
Prospect large value merchants that are a good fit for Square
Executing a minimum of 50 cold calls per day with the goal of connecting with business owners, and setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executives
Build our business through inside sales efforts including emails and phone calls with a minimum requirement of 70 activities per day
Create a great first impression to our prospects by inspiring them to learn how Square can benefit their business
Gain sales exposure and experience by partnering with internal Account Executives
Learn and maintain a firm understanding our sales process
Thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
Attain and consistently exceed your monthly quotas
Qualifications
You have:
A strong desire to grow your career in sales
A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
6+ months in a sales or prospecting role preferred
Critical thinking and strong decision-making abilities
Comfort with operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A resilient and persuasive personality
No reservations making outbound cold calls
Strong organization and communication skills
