Job Description

We are looking for a contracts manager with a background in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts to join our Legal team.

You will:

  • Draft and negotiate many contracts including marketing, several vendor services, consulting, licensing, non disclosure, and other commercial and technology related agreements

  • Work as part of the Counsel team with other teams on a variety of legal matters with specific emphasis on partnering with attorneys to support executives and professionals in the sales organization

  • Work with members of the Counsel team to develop and improve applicable forms, processes and procedures

  • Manage outside vendors and coordinate efforts across other teams

Qualifications

You have:

  • Minimum of three years of contracts drafting and negotiation experience at technology companies or law firms

  • Expertise in drafting and negotiating several commercial, licensing and other technology related agreements

  • Analytical ability, project management experience and explaining contract requirements

  • A team-oriented style and  can work in a distributed workforce

  • The ability to meet deliverables on time and work in an evolving and growing environment that is prone to changes

  • Familiarity Apttus, Docusign, and other contract management and legal department management tools is a plus
