The Digital Design Specialist will help drive Customer Success by developing innovative communications that keep Customer Success Advocates engaged, aware, and excited to support our growing customer base. You’ll have a strong background in graphic design and the ability to communicate a message in a visually compelling way and through various internal communication channels. We’re looking for someone who can design for multiple formats including digital, video, web, and more.
Find creative ways to communicate visually by developing digital media including infographics, video content, internal web content, digital newsletters, email templates, print flyers and more.
Collaborate with the broader team to build assets and visuals that deliver and support key messages to the Customer Success team.
Work closely with Learning & Development specialists to develop and execute digital content that corresponds with employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives.
Assist in the production and filming of content for internal distribution.
Partner with the knowledge base specialist to develop digital content that communicates procedural or product information critical to the work of the Customer Success team.
Develop a strong partnership with Customer Success leadership to identify opportunities to build a strong culture and raise transparency of strategic initiatives.
Consolidate and curate communication from multiple channels into an easily digestible and accessible format.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
Collaborate with business systems and internal communications teams to evaluate the need and requirements of an intranet or internal digital communications platform.
3 - 7 years of digital design experience
Proficient in digital communication skills including graphic design, video editing, html, and css.
Experience with graphic design, video editing, and web development tools including Adobe. Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and various intranet platforms or content management systems.
Exceptional verbal/written communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines. (add a note about ambiguity)

Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively.
Strong ability to partner and collaborate with business stakeholders.
Enthusiastic, creative and self-motivated.
Preferred experience in corporate or internal communications
