Job Description
Responsibilities:
Facilitate day-to-day office operations
Responsible for building localized programs that connect Square’s with each other and their communities
Partner with cross-functional teams (Culinary, Facilities, Events, AV, etc) to ensure those areas of the office are running smoothly and efficiently
Support employee, candidate and guest experience
Build strong relationships with local team and leads
Lead the team seating moves, adds, and changes process
Responsible for managing the office budget and reconciling it monthly
Respond to all work order tickets submitted
Coordinate and manage vendors on site (janitorial, pest, furniture)
Create inspiring, engaging experiences and/or installations featuring local Square sellers
Support onsite events as required
Qualifications
Requirements:
2+ years of Office Manager, Office Coordinator, or Project Manager experience
Experience working in small startup environments a plus
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, strong presentation skills
Demonstrated administrative experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work on a team and independently
Extremely reliable and with impeccable attention to detail
Thrive in an environment with multiple different projects, prioritizing appropriately
Strong vendor management experience
