Job Description

You will:

  • Hire and lead a team of enthusiastic and creative IT professionals dedicated to supporting the CashApp business, this includes front line support, voice services, collaboration systems, corporate applications, network, etc.

  • Develop programs and processes for scale, retaining a focus on unique and friction-less delivery of service in a rapidly expanding business. 

  • Enable a globally distributed workforce

  • Liaise between CashApp business operations and Square Corporate IT to build sustainable, yet functionally relevant services

  • Assist in leading general CashApp IT Support personnel 

  • Participate in standard assessments of Square IT and development for CashApp

  • Manage multiple office build projects following CashApp

  • Perform proof-of-concept and product evaluations for next generation services such as collaboration tools and workspace experience

  • Develop run books and operational guidelines/documentation for technical, project and user support.

  • Develop and provide regular status and project reports to CashApp and Square leadership

Qualifications

You have:

  • 5 or more years of successful team building and leadership of technical support organizations

  • Project management experience with facilities and enterprise system projects

  • Vendor management experience spanning multiple disciplines from Audio Visual to construction to software development

  • Successful budget planning and administration for both operating and capital expenditures with multi-million dollar budgets

  • Experience developing office networks and infrastructure for both new builds and retrofits

  • Enterprise systems management experience with on-prem and SaaS/cloud services

  • ITIL or other similar framework experience as it relates to Information Technology management
