Job Description

You will:

  • Prospect large value merchants that are a good fit for Square

  • Executing a minimum of 50 cold calls per day with the goal of connecting with business owners,  and setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executives

  • Build our business through inside sales efforts including emails and phone calls with a minimum requirement of 70 activities per day

  • Create a great first impression to our prospects by inspiring them to learn how Square can benefit their business

  • Gain sales exposure and experience by partnering with internal Account Executives 

  • Learn and maintain a firm understanding our sales process

  • Thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment

  • Attain and consistently exceed your monthly quotas 

Qualifications

You have:

  • A strong desire to grow your career in sales

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 6+ months in a sales or prospecting role preferred

  • Critical thinking and strong decision-making abilities

  • Comfort with operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • A resilient and persuasive personality

  • No reservations making outbound cold calls 

  • Strong organization and communication skills
