Job Description
We are looking for an Global People Ops Specialist to join our People Partners team. In this role, you will provide management and support for our People M&A work-streams and drive global People process improvements. You will be on the front-line collaborating with cross-functional partners to oversee and deploy projects that touch M&As and People Operations. You will also help innovate and improve these programs as we continue to scale.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership and a "get things done" attitude. You’re effective at managing multiple projects at once, very detail-oriented and organized, like to be busy and productive, learn quickly, and have a track record of being adaptable in a fluid, high-growth environment.
You will be responsible for:
Coordinating the People team elements for mergers and acquisitions, including domestic and international deals, partnering closely with cross-functional specialists and the Corporate Development team throughout the deal.
Analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to find solutions and drive improvement of results.
Working within varying time zones across our APAC, EU, and Canadian markets.
Driving global People Operations processes across our international locations in partnership with the HRBP team, including international employee handbooks and global employee off-boarding practice.
Responding to requests for data from cross-functional partners for audits and other legal requirements.
Qualifications
You have:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
3-5 years of operational, project management, and/or program management experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a successful track record of implementing processes that scale
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal), with an ability to build partnerships and establish rapport and credibility at all levels
The ability to work independently to manage and execute multiple ongoing projects and programs with high attention to detail and organizational skills
The ability to remain composed with aggressive timelines and a high volume of activities
Exceptional ethics around confidentiality and highly sensitive information
Experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday, Visier, Glint)
HR, people operations, or executive admin experience
