Job Description

  • Work with Product Teams to design and kick-off and launch successful beta programs
  • Draft recruiting and support content, recruit sellers through email and community communications
  • Track, communicate status on, and monitor all active beta participants
  • Solicit feedback from beta participants at essential project milestones, create the customer experience story and present recommendations to product teams
  • Identify and escalate bugs and issues until resolution, communicating with our teams and sellers along the way.
  • Give exit criteria recommendations for beta programs, and hold product teams accountable
  • Work with the bugs and launch programs to report on launch health and success of each beta program

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience managing complicated, diverse projects.
  • The ability to understand the big picture while being able to dive in at a granular level.
  • An end-to-end problem solving skill-set, from structuring a complex problem through to developing relevant recommendations and working with other teams to get solutions implemented.
  • Experience leading essential decisions within organizations without direct authority
  • A proactive nature, a sense of urgency, and a high degree of self-motivation to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our sellers, and our team.
  • The ability to work with different teams on a common project: product managers, marketers, engineers, creatives, analysts, and the CS department.
  • Shown leadership as an project manager and independent contributor
  • Experience with JIRA, Salesforce, Google tools and Looker.
