Job Description

Over the last 4 years, Square Capital has empowered hundreds of thousands of Square sellers with affordable capital. We are able to assist some of the smallest, most underserved sellers with our proprietary data and underwriting techniques. We encourage you to read through our TrustPilot reviews, where the love from our sellers is on full display. 

As our primary product scales beyond $6B in loans, we are looking towards what’s next. We are hiring a senior product leader to help us bring an exciting new product to market. 

In this role, you will be directly responsible for building, shipping, and scaling a new product over the coming years. You’ll start with one direct report, and the expectation is that you’ll spend most of your time doing hands-on PM work. As our product matures, you will have the opportunity to further grow out the team. 

You will love this role if you enjoy building new products, finding product/market fit, and serving small businesses.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years building products as a Product Manager, Designer, Engineer, or Founder

  • Some experience working at a fintech or a financial company is preferred. 

  • Some experience bringing new products to market is preferred.

  • Some people management experience is preferred.
