Job Description
- Oversee delivery of large impact and cross-functional product projects while simultaneously tracking a set of smaller projects
- Guide strategic planning by partnering with design, user research, product, analytics and engineering to develop program plans, dependency identifications and resourcing plan
- Plan and facilitate alignment meetings such as project kick offs, weekly check-ins, and testing to make communication easy and transparent
- Assess competing business priorities and help drive decision making and alignment across teams
- Improve product delivery, execution and processes
- Establish and promote adoption of program frameworks, tools and best practices
- Identify challenges and risks, and work the project teams to address and reduce them
- Communicate program plans, status, risks and mitigations to the broader team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management experience in software/web development organizations, management consulting, or an operational role
- High EQ and executive presence: you are able to collaborate with and influence designers, product managers, engineering teams and key stakeholders from different business functions
- An understanding of agile product development methodologies and SaaS / software concepts
- A strong sense of ownership and ability to chase down details that lead to a successful product delivery
