We’re looking for a Production Lead to join Cash App’s marketing and brand team. You will directly impact the team that defines Cash App’s brand through inventive marketing programs. You will partner with our Business team to create direct acquisition programs to help maximize Cash App’s performance marketing muscle. Your project management practices have been demonstrated in prior roles and you are willing to take on new challenges that bridge across both creative and data-driven organizations.
Build relationships with your Marketing and Product counterparts to ensure that creative is considerate of all impacted partners
Work with Marketing, Design, and Business Leads to plan creative projects, determine requirements and milestones, assign resources, assess risks, and help projects meet our goals, deadlines and budget requirements.
Manage projects through strategy alignment, briefing, design development and production in partnership with internal designers and a portfolio of external creative agencies
Work with Cash App’s Brand Studio (internal creative team) and external agency partners to deliver creative work showing an eye for great design and a focus on brand integrity
Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, asset management, and implement required changes. Traffic all projects requests from intake through final delivery. Manage all communication between relevant teams, representing project status and share outs.
Source, evaluate, and manage a portfolio of external creative agencies, freelancers, and contractors to help with the design and production of performance
6+ years of experience; BA/BS degree
Experience managing production deliverables for performance marketing campaigns
Experience working with a creatively-driven advertising agency or internal creative team
Expert knowledge of creative design processes and timelines across digital, print, animation, and copy
Put together production timelines and follow-up to ensure on-time delivery
Experience communicating with creative team on design needs, including: design deliverable requirements for print and digital, copy needs
Experience communicating with Business team partners to ensure expectations are aligned and committed deliverables meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of press-checking, proofing, and ensuring files are set up for print
Experience managing multiple vendor relationships and defining a partner/vendor roster
Ability to modify files for printing needs in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Experience articulating creative intent to others and proactively organizing partners to bring ideas to life
Shown ability to multi-task while paying strict attention to detail
Work well with others in a collaborative environment, ability to rally all partners on projects
Established network of creative, production, photography, illustration, and freelance agency partners
