Job Description
We are seeking an experienced workplace professional to support our growing team in Portland. You will be responsible for creating programs and managing operations that enable our teams to do their best work. You are creative and have a keen ability to design solutions to new problems. You take pride in making spaces both beautiful and functional, and know how important even the smallest details are to making an environment great.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and facilitate daily office operations
Assist in building and developing office programs and operations that support the needs of the local team
Ensure an amazing office experience is had by all visitors to our spaces, including candidates and guests
Build strong relationships with local teams and site leads
Collaborate with peers and contribute to cross-functional projects that build and evolve the culture of our team
Assist with managing local team events and activities that build a sense of connection to each other and our products
Assist with managing workplace vendors and service providers (janitorial, food and beverage, furniture, etc)
Manage work order requests
Assist in construction and facilities projects and tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant job experience
Proven vendor management skills
Customer service driven
Ability to work independently and are a strong multitasker
Excellent collaborator with partner organizations, willing to take the lead from others to get the job done
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow through skills
Proficiency in Google Suite preferred but not required
