Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Senior Product Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). As a member of the Business Technology team, reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, the Senior Product Manager (PM) will specialize in process and systems improvement focused on Financial Planning & Analysis and Workforce Planning, supporting our Finance & Strategy organization.

The Senior Product Manager is focused on the long and short-term vision of the product, harmonizing internal partners' interests with Technology solutions, and representing the product to the partner and solution contributor community. You will work with our FP&A partners and all delivery partners to develop a roadmap of solutions needed to support essential processes.

You Will:

  • Oversee the Product roadmap incorporating projects, features and other projects. Maintain this roadmap with consideration for the needs of your customers over the long and short-term
  • Be the team's primary, but not only, liaison with their business partner(s). Work with multiple business and IT partners
  • You will audit current processes and interview Finance & Strategy (F&S) team members to identify areas of opportunities that will be vetted and added to the roadmap
  • Partner with business and IT representatives at all levels to assess, guide appropriate technology solutions
  • Use the existing technology landscape, but look for best Technology options available in Market to provide thoughtful solutions to business
  • Identify trends and influence priorities and approach at roadmap level
  • Negotiate work scope with partners to agree on solution approaches
  • Drive feature assessment, requirements gathering and related documentation
  • Communicate delivery scope, status and questions back to business
  • Anticipate blockers, conflicts and obstacles, and escalate to solve them
  • You will work with other teams where necessary as a delivery component
  • Manage and communicate tradeoff decisions between scope (value in expected Return on investment) and schedule (higher operating expense in longer release cycles)
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies.
  • You will be the subject-matter expert for solutions owned by the team


You Have: 

  • 10+ years experience with the implementation of Financial Planning and Budgeting technologies
  • Demonstrable expertise in Financial Planning & Budgeting Systems such as - Oracle PBCS, Anaplan, Adaptive Analytics
  • Native Essbase experience to other OLAP databases such as Snowflake
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or other related field
  • Experience with Process improvements or transformation
  • You have experience making decisions and recommendations on technology strategies.
  • You have experience working with global teams
  • Experience working on multiple projects
  • .Demonstrated knowledge of waterfall and agile project management concepts
