Job Description
The mission of the Employee Referral Program is to ensure a high touch experience for referrers and a positive experience for their referrals. As an Employee Referral Program Specialist, you will be an advocate for elevating and improving the program for all of its stakeholders: referrers, referrals, and recruiters. You will partner across different teams within the People organization to implement programmatic changes, oversee operational hygiene, and maintain our referrer communication channels. Reporting to the Talent Programs Lead, you are someone who is passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience while focusing on scaling a growing program.
You will:
Oversee the execution of process, system, and technical improvements to the Employee Referral Program.
Partner cross functionally across the People team to plan and execute projects.
Oversee weekly reporting on operational hygiene and quarterly reporting on program metrics. Maintain all communication with referrers, including answering questions in our email and Slack channels, writing our monthly newsletter, and overseeing our CSAT.
Partner with Recruiters to ensure a positive referral experience.
Proactively identify and recommend creative solutions to current processes to help scale the program.
Qualifications
1+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipeline.
Experience creating reports using Excel or Google Sheets, preferably with experience using data analytics tools like Looker.
Experience managing multiple competing projects through completion.
Experience collaborating across multiple teams and holding stakeholders accountable.
