Job Description

We are looking for a commercial counsel with a background in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts to join our Legal team. You will report to the Contracts Manager Lead, Seller Sales and Marketing.

You will:

  • Draft and negotiate outbound sales agreements, marketing agreements, and other commercial and technology related agreements
  • Help with the review and drafting of RFP responses
  • Work as part of the Counsel team partnering with other teams to offer guidance on a variety of legal matters to support executives and professionals in the sales and marketing organizations
  • Provide business-oriented advice by balancing risks and business reward
  • Work with members of the Counsel team to develop and improve applicable forms and procedures


You have:

  • Minimum of two years of contracts drafting and negotiation experience at technology companies or law firms
  • Expertise in drafting and negotiating several commercial, licensing and other technology related agreements
  • Project management experience
  • A team-oriented style
  • Familiarity with Apttus, Docusign, and other contract management and legal department tools is a plus
  • License to practice law in good standing in state where practicing
