You will partner with our growing global teams to identify unique talent and guide recruiting strategies across Dublin and London. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience while serving as a strategic advisor to our teams.
You will report to the Head of Business Recruiting and partner with other Square leaders to accomplish recruiting strategies that support our growing teams in Dublin, and other Global sites. We pride ourselves on creating processes and programs that align with individual teams' needs, so creativity and flexibility are requirements for success. With that also comes autonomy and the freedom to experiment, which when measured effectively, drives decisions that allow Square recruiting to improve.
You will:
Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high quality, and custom candidate experience
Work closely with our hiring team's HRBP and EA partners to take a holistic approach in building each organization
Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
You will be creating and deploying unique sourcing strategies to bring in new team members. Thinking not just about short term, but the long term needs of our hiring teams
Work with our Compensation, I&D, Talent Programs, and People Analytics teams to ensure we take into account every component of an effective search
Commit to inclusive hiring in order to contribute to a culture guided by diverse backgrounds and ideas
Qualifications
You Have:
At least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience preferred)
Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross functional team members in order to uplevel your function
A solution oriented mindset. You see potential challenges as opportunities to learn and grow
A desire in building organizations that take into account holistic team composition and long-term vision
Experience building sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn Recruiter
Even better:
1+ years of experience working with a globally distributed team
Experience recruiting for Go-To-Market teams in a start-up environment
Additional European languages a plus
