This role can be located anywhere on the East Coast of Australia, and can work from home or in our Melbourne office.

You will conduct reviews of our sellers, assessing credit risk associated with processing activity, and taking appropriate action following risk policies and adhering to internal and seller-facing service-level agreements. Curious to learn, you will gather insights, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to key initiatives to push our team forward. You will have a seller-first mentality, ensuring we live up to our purpose of Economic Empowerment, even if it isn't always the easiest course of action.
