You will develop, launch, implement, and improve on a new coaching program aimed at:
- developing a repeatable framework for coaching salespeople at Square across all tenures (ramping and experienced);
- building a system to collect data on coaching interactions between managers and sales that are anonymous, yet still provides insights on learning development;
- identify and improve the coaching skills of all people leaders in Square sales;
- develop a program to identify and scale coaching the unique needs of rompers (first 90 days) at Square.
Initially, you will spend 75% of your time with new hires listening, guiding, and helping them meet their quota. Your other 25% will be spent identifying program improvements and implementing new strategies. You will report to our Global Sales Productivity Lead.
Qualifications
3+ years in Project Management, Go-To-Market experience is preferred
BA/BS or equivalent work experience
Project Management - Proven ability to scope a project from inception to completion in an organized way. Balances multiple projects and goals at once. Likes to scope and determine new initiatives with support from senior leadership.
Sales Expertise - Proven success within a revenue-driven customer facing role, ideally understands both Sales Dev + Account Executive functions.
Relationship-focused - Highly proficient at building strong, lasting relationships with the sales leadership team.
