Job Description

You will:

  • Help document legal processes and procedures
  • Host and coordinate administrative details related to meetings, training and special events (scheduling and logistical planning)
  • Support legal team operations and project tracking
  • Test functionality on legal systems and tools before, during and after implementations
  • Aid in the maintenance of legal systems and tools
  • Maintain web pages and update electronic files
  • Build relationships with key Legal and non-legal partners such as Finance, Procurement, IT, and Business Technology


You have:

  • 2+ years of experience at a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Comfortable with public speaking in front of 50+ audiences
  • Experience supporting legal operations technology
  • Proficiency with business applications (Microsoft Word and Excel, and G-Suite)
  • Experience automating repetitive tasks
  • Experience working with teams across the organization
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
