About Square Financial Services - AKA “The Bank”

As the Senior Internal Audit Technology Manager you will report to the Bank's Head of Internal Audit. You will develop and oversee technology based internal audits. You are willing to be in the weeds and own all aspects of the audit from planning, testing to delivering audit reports. You are creative and you enjoy solving problems.

• You will develop risk based Information Technology (IT) and cybersecurity audits for the Bank, with full involvement throughout planning, fieldwork and reporting.

• You will design specific audit procedures to meet control objectives. Including assessing and evaluating IT risks (cyber security, data protection, confidentiality, technology reliability, and change management) assumed by the business.

• You will review overall internal control processes to determine compliance with company policies and procedures over IT, cybersecurity, cloud management, and control frameworks (e.g., ISO 27000 series, FFIEC IT Examination Handbooks, COSO, COBIT, NIST). Demonstrate deep knowledge of technology risks, change management, vulnerability management, IT general controls, and IT application risks and controls.

• You will produce high-quality audit reports including summary of recommendations to mitigate risks and address controls deficiencies.

• You will foster relationships and work with cross functional partners including engineers, external auditors and regulators. Communicate audit expectations regarding deliverables, timing, and benefits to the Bank. Ensure audits results are focused, clear, and well presented. Anticipate potential roadblocks and issues, and provide scalable suggestions and alternatives.

• 6+ years of relevant experience in audit or technology audits is required.

• Experience in Big 4, FinTech, or Banking.

• CIA/CPA or CISA/CISSP qualification(s) is required.

• Experience working with regulators in a financial services environment.
