Job Description
We are seeking a Learning & Development Operations Specialist to support our growing team at Cash App. You will be instrumental in supporting the operations of the Learning & Development team with a strong focus on New Hire Learning, Employee Onboarding, Learning Calendar management, reporting and data.

By supporting operations for the Learning & Development team, you will be on the front line working closely with Program Managers, leaders, and trusted operational partners to execute and scale on highly visible programs.
You Will:
Identify opportunities to optimize and make scalable process improvement to L&D operations
Own the operations for CCO New Hire Programs and discipline-specific onboarding programs, including scheduling, reporting, communications, automation, and tracking
Establish standardized program reporting to deliver insights to program managers and internal customers
Provide LMS support including learning path creation, rostering, course additions/deletions and report compilation and distribution
Support logistics, coordination, and implementation of CCO Learning Program communications
Coordinate special event logistics as needed
Provide project management support across CCO
Qualifications
BA/BS degree in education, instructional design, learning and development or its equivalent.
4+ years of experience in Learning and Development in a business setting.
A deep understanding of and experience in adult learning theory, performance analysis, training facilitation and instructional design.
Strong public speaking, teaching and coaching skills with a desire to see others succeed.
An ability to work autonomously and within a highly dynamic and ambiguous environment.
Experience working with content authoring tools.
An analytical, data-focused mindset with a track record of success in a metrics-driven environment.
A proactive nature and a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond.
A creative approach to problem solving.
A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty to understand the problems that face our customers and our team.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
