The nature of employee engagement is changing and we are looking for someone who can bring the future of distributed work to life--with compelling video and audio content. The Multimedia Content Designer will create innovative and engaging video and audio digital content to connect employees to our purpose and take company storytelling to the next level. You have a background in graphic design and experience creating visually compelling video and audio content. You are able to communicate a message in a visually compelling way and through multiple internal communication channels. We're looking for someone who can design for multiple formats including digital, video, audio (podcast), and more.

This job can be located in Atlanta, New York, DC or remote

You will:

• Find creative ways to communicate visually by developing digital media including video content, internal audio/podcast content, internal web content, interactive digital content, and more.
• Work with the broader team to build assets and visuals that provide and support messages to all employees.
• Work with the Internal Brand & Employee Experience team to develop and execute digital content that corresponds with employee engagement and business initiatives.
• Support the production and filming of content for internal distribution.
• Partner with Internal Brand & Employee Experience team to develop digital content to support internal company-wide campaigns and programs.
• Consolidate and curate communication from multiple channels into an easily digestible and accessible format.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication projects.

You have:

• 4 or more years of digital design experience -- freelance experience is welcome
• Proficient in digital communication skills including graphic design, video editing, "html", and "css".
• Experience with graphic design, video editing, and web development tools including Adobe. Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and other intranet platforms or content management systems.
• Preferred experience in corporate or internal communications
