Job Description

As the Product Manager for Lifecycle Help, you will develop the strategy, set the roadmap, and define the requirements — in collaboration with design, engineering, and analytics — to equip sellers with the information they need to keep their businesses running. This includes improving our Support Center experience, solving new challenges across contact channels, and ensuring the high-availability of the tools our merchants rely on to serve their customers.
