Product Manager, Lifecycle Help

Company Description

Square builds common business tools in unconventional ways so more people can start, run, and grow their businesses. When Square started, it was difficult and expensive (or just plain impossible) for some businesses to take credit cards. Square made credit card payments possible for all by turning a mobile phone into a credit card reader. Since then Square has been building an entire business toolkit of both hardware and software products including Square Capital, Square Terminal, Square Payroll, and more. We’re working to find new and better ways to help businesses succeed on their own terms—and we’re looking for people like you to help shape tomorrow at Square.

Job Description

As the Product Manager for Lifecycle Help, you will develop the strategy, set the roadmap, and define the requirements — in collaboration with design, engineering, and analytics — to equip sellers with the information they need to keep their businesses running. This includes improving our Support Center experience, solving new challenges across contact channels, and ensuring the high-availability of the tools our merchants rely on to serve their customers.

You might be a fit if:

  • You want to help business owners in their moments of greatest uncertainty
  • You can focus and rally a team on the highest priority problem to solve
  • You can build consensus with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • You want to challenge what a support experience can be
  • You are ready to roll up your sleeves wherever needed
  • You can write with brevity and clarity
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in product management
