Job Description

As a Product Designer Manager on our Design Systems team, you will report to the head of seller experience design and lead design for our newly developed unified design system. This new system is used throughout all of our seller facing products and surface areas in addition to our public website ( The Design Systems team focuses on the functional layer of our design systems and how it extends our overall Brand. Every component from buttons to form fields to grid systems to in product motion and color will fall under your team's scope.



  • At least (8) years of relevant professional experience
  • Led a team of 3 or more designers
  • You have led teams that have contributed to high impact projects for your company
  • You have direct experience leading and establishing design systems
  • You are part of conversations about improving the processes of your team
  • You can connect work streams and identify areas where your team should work with other teams throughout the company
  • You maintain a healthy and productive team through performance conversations, recognition of team issues and establishing processes to resolve them
  • You exhibit an inclusive process with company-wide partners and have examples successful evangelization tactics
