Job Description

The Square eCommerce team, formed with the acquisition of Weebly in May 2018, is on a mission to make it incredibly easy for anyone to sell online. With more than 40 million users across Weebly, Square Online Store, Square Online Checkout, and our other eCommerce products, we are passionate about helping restaurants, retailers, and sellers of all kinds reach success -- both online and offline.

As a Program Manager - eCommerce Sales Enablement, you will be an important member of our team, driving the organization, planning and delivery of our go to market support projects for the eCommerce product.

The Sales Enablement team takes amazing features and helps the sales and account management organizations sell these products and then implement them for Sellers. The Sales Enablement team works with the Square Sales and Square Account Management teams. Your role will be to oversee standard site activation projects and manage the process, organize complex seller engagements, and manage sites outsourced to third-party agencies.

Your role will also include taking ownership of high priority projects that have an impact on the growth and evolution of the Sales Enablement team and Square Online product. These projects include running projects that strengthen our ability to improve GPV and SAAS revenue growth and overseeing large projects like Spiffs, product launches and country launches.

You will lead both business facing, initiatives- promoting understanding, communication, and execution between partners such as sales, product management, sales enablement, finance and customer success. You have a proven record of success keeping things well structured and will keep the team motivated and upbeat.
