As a Product Designer at Square, you will drive design execution for our Marketing Automation team. Marketing Automation’s goal is to help our internal partners better understand and connect with all our customers. We design tools that save teams time and empower them to personalize every interaction a customer has with Square. 

We’re looking for a designer to work on our Communications Platform, which drives all our Square-to-merchant communication channels, including email, in-app messaging, push notification, and in-product banners. You’ll work with teams across the company to create best practices and a design system that empowers them to move quickly and communicate effectively, all while being a strong expression of our brand values.

You have:

• 5+ years of professional design experience
• A portfolio of work on which you were the primary designer, with moderate guidance from design leadership
• The ability to articulate high-level team goals and connect your work to larger team or company initiative
