You'll report to the lead of Security Programs, and will be directly responsible for setting and delivering program and execution strategies across teams for the program(s). You will ensure that our security programs are comprehensive in our ability to enable discovery, detection, triage, assessment, remediation, and verification at scale across Square's hardware and software assets. You will manage customer and team relationships to effectively promote the implementation of program goals with each business unit, with a focus on continuously improving our ability to protect, respond, and scale across our ecosystem of startups.

Drive continuous improvement for current asset management assessment coverage depth, quality, and capabilities through data-driven decisions to create new solutions, services, or processes.
