As an APAC Recruiter in the Australian team, you will report to the Head of Square Business Recruiting in the US, and work alongside the existing Business Recruiter to partner with global and local Square leaders on APAC GTM (Go-To-Market) recruiting strategies. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience while serving as a strategic advisor to our teams.

Manage the full cycle GTM (Go-To-Market) recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking and research
Build relationships and collaborate with global recruiters, hiring managers, and local stakeholders to drive comprehensive recruiting strategies for the APAC market across technical positions
Think creatively and bring an innovative framework to talent acquisition
Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically
At least 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience
Experience building sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems while collaborating with business partners to achieve a common goal
The ability to work autonomously across multiple timezones, driving recruiting projects to successful conclusion

Experience working with a globally distributed team
Experience recruiting for Go-To-Market teams in an in house environment
Additional languages a plus (Bilingual fluency - English and Mandarin and/or Japanese, etc)
