Our fast-paced Sales Org has an infectiously positive attitude and we are committed to win. We are looking for a Square Banking Product Sales Specialist for our Sales Team. Your primary focus will be driving adoption of Square’s Banking and Loan products to new Square Sellers through direct outreach and co-selling with Sales Account Executives. Core responsibilities also include compiling seller feedback, new product requests, and collaborating with our Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and other cross functional teams on internal GTM initiatives. This role will be pivotal to the success of growing the Sales team’s adoption of our Banking ecosystem and your entrepreneurial spirit and passion for problem-solving help you find opportunities for Square to help sellers grow.

You will:

  • Reach out to prospective Square Banking sellers to grow the adoption of Loan and other banking ecosystem products. 

  • Co-sell with Account Executives to help drive Banking wins throughout the organization

  • Listen to the needs of the market and share with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships teams

  • Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions

  • Act as an outward-facing ambassador of Square’s beliefs, brand, and products

  • Communicate consistently with prospects through direct outreach and co-selling with Account Executives via phone & virtual meetings (80% of time)

  • Have fun and help us build, learn, adapt, and grow

Qualifications

You have:

  • Minimum of to 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or similar client-facing role

  • A BA/BS degree or relevant experience

  • Consistent overachievement of quota and/or business objectives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Shown ability to multi-task and run multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail

  • Effective listening and business writing skills

  • A resilient and persuasive personality

  • Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to the consistent improvement of your craft

  • An analytical, structured thought process with the ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers

  • The ability to garner support from internal experts and external partners to position Square against competition

  • Genuine curiosity about people and business and the innate ability to inspire passion in others

  • The ability to adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet

  • Hustle, tenacity and determination
