Job Description

As an engineer on Cash Growth Platform, you'll be responsible for building a Customer Data Platform (CDP). The CDP powers an Engagement Platform that will enable and measure the unified customer journey, intelligently guiding customers through our ecosystem of products with personalized, relevant experiences.

Example Projects:
* Connecting CDP to Engagement Platform (audiences, events, profile data for dynamic messaging templates)
* Use Case Enablement (Winback, CCO, Boost, Risk, SEV notifications, Experimentation)
* Data Standardization
* Event Squad
* ES1 Migration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of experience engineering backend systems.

  • Demonstrated technical initiative and leadership on previous projects.

  • Desire to grow into a leadership role.
