Job Description

What you will do

  • Build problem-solving framework to breakdown and structure issues

  • Think in new ways to optimize the payments flows of the Company

  • Monitor and analyze the operational KPIs of the payments health of the company

  • Be on top of operational costs

  • Partner with technology, product and finance team to improve the performance of the app

  • Be the point of contact with key external stakeholders (Bank operations managers, technical vendors)

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish

  • Strong expertise with Excel, SQL, visualization tools (ie Power BI, Looker)

  • 2+ years of experience working in Consulting or Operations departments

  • Experience in fintech or ecommerce projects will be highly valued

  • Technical degree (Engineering, Mathematics, etc) would be highly valued too
